Which is the best phone for music now in the range of 6-7000 or an Mp3 Player?

i hv an n73 since the last 3 years nw and im planning to Buy An Mp3 Player but my dad says i might as well buy a new phone..i saw a sony mp3 player (guess sony is the best for sound) which is like just the headset thing but its juss 2GB so im nt sure whether i shud take it..and is the samsung corby good for music..plz suggest sum good mp3 player (preferably 4GB – 16GB) or any phone with a good soung quality and ample space and gud cam also..
